The automobile engine valve is an important component of the automobile. Although the parts of the automobile valve are very small, the automobile plays a very important role. 1. Valve leakage sound
Valve air leakage is more obvious outside the valve room at high load and low speed. The noise increases with the increase of load. The main reason is that when the valve seat is reamed, the valve seat is skewed due to improper operation or excessive wear of the inner hole of the valve guide. Or the valve gap is small, causing valve ablation to cause the valve to not close tightly and leak.
　　
Treatment method: remove the cylinder head, grind the valve, check the elastic force of the valve spring, and readjust the valve clearance.
2. Valve percussion
When the engine is idling, a continuous knocking sound occurs between the tail end of the valve stem and its driving parts, which increases with the increase of the speed, and the sound does not change when the engine temperature changes or the fire is cut off.
Main reasons:
　　
(1) The adjusted valve clearance has changed (the locking is not firm, the valve stem and the driving part are worn), and the valve is not adjusted properly.
　　
(2) The valve adjustment screw is worn, the lock nut is loose, and the valve clearance is too large or inconsistent.
　　
(3) The valve spring seat is worn and grooved, and the valve stem and duct are worn too much.
　　
Treatment method: readjust the valve clearance. If the lock nut on the adjusting screw is loose, lock it firmly and replace the worn parts.
3. The valve seat sounds and the seat ring falls off















 

The surface of the valve seat ring is rough, the machining accuracy is unqualified, the interference of the seat ring is not properly selected, the material is not properly selected, the deformation is too large after being heated, or the valve seat inlaying process does not meet the requirements. Treatment method: re-insert the valve seat according to the assembly process requirements, the upper end surface is flush with the body plane, and the higher part should be flattened.
